The original Ron Jons Surf Shop welcomes an average of 2 million visitors per year as the largest surf shop in the world. It also houses the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame, dedicated to preserving the legacy of this cultural surf town. Annual surf festivals honoring the love of the sport bring together tens of thousands of tourists each year. Playalinda, a local beach, has some of the best waves on Florida’s Space Coast. Its underdeveloped beachside makes for a beautifully natural environment that locals and visitors both love. Dropping the First Peak at the Sebastian Inlet will leave any avid surfer wanting more! Kelly Slater, world famous surf champ, even considers this drop one of his favorite in the world. With a 72 mile stretch of sun, sand, and waves, the surfing never has to end. Even visitors who don’t surf can appreciate sitting on the pier or sandy shore watching the surfers take to the waves in the wake of the legends before them.

Tables Beach
A favorite spot for longboarders, the Tables is named for the, you guessed it, picnic tables nearby. Tables works on small swells and at high tide. Come see locals and traveling surfers at their best. Not for beginners, but a great place to watch and learn. Anyone driving by will know whether there’s surf that day based on the number of cars in the parking lot.

Indialantic Boardwalk
As one of the hidden gems on Florida’s Space Coast, the Indialantic Boardwalk is a great place to experience the authentic beach life. It’s a great beach break and beautiful boardwalk to view it from. You might get up to an 8-foot swell with big workable walls, and it breaks way outside 200 yards or more. Then when you want to take a break from surfing, take a stroll down the boardwalk and check out the shops and restaurants.
